Yellowstone Dragstrip - WCPM Points Race Cancelled
Unfortunately due to a handful of unforeseen circumstances the Billings WCPM points race scheduled for September 9-10 has been cancelled.
After six of the seven Canadian racers, in addition to multiple racers from the Montana region, have made it clear that they will not be able to attend the scheduled WCPM points event on September 10-11 the organization has made the decision to cancel the points race.
Many WCPM racers have had great difficulty acquiring parts in the past 12 months and as a result some have been unable to compete all season long. The WCPM racers and management were very much looking forward to coming back to Yellowstone Drag Strip.
The WCPM would also like to sincerely apologize for not being able to help make this event happen. We would like to thank Derek Menholt as well as the Yellowstone Dragstrip management for this opportunity. The WCPM have also extended a request to schedule an event in 2023 when our racers are hopefully not faced with the same parts shortages.
