Doorwarz 12 - Saturday Recap

A new schedule for 2024 saw eliminations begin on Saturday instead of Sunday, in front of what it typically the biggest crowd of the weekend. While the forecast for Saturday had initially been rain all day, the morning was blue skies and perfect conditions for Doorwarz 12.

Round 1 matchups saw Garrett Richards go 3.854 to get around Ryan Griffin, Scott Blake advance with his bye, Steve Horne went 3.915 to get past David Mendez, Rian Hayward went 3.938 to get past Toni Moretto, Dave Kowalski got past Eric Halverson in a pedal fest, Steve Goddard went 4.115 to get past Jake Skocylas and Nick Duda got past Eric Horvath.

Unfortunately the rain did strike on Saturday afternoon before Round 2 could get underway. Pro Mod eliminations are scheduled to continue on Sunday, and you can stay tuned to all the action on the MRP Facebook live feed.
