2023 Season Recap & Points Standings Update

As the 2023 West Coast Pro Modifieds season has come to a close the WCPM would like to take a minute to look back at some of the highlights from the 2023 season, including:

  • Jordan Lazic winning his first WCPM championship as a driver, and a Dean Bettenson owned car winning 5 of the last 6 WCPM championships

  • Jordan Lazic winning a NHRA Pro Mod race in his first start

  • An all WCPM final round at the Street Car Super Nationals 19 (Rian Hayward and Garrett Richards)

  • Doorwarz at Mission Raceway Park hosting NHRA Pro Mod frontrunners Justin Bond and Khalid Al Balooshi

  • The first 3.60 Pro Mod pass in WCPM history (3.684 at 205.20 MPH, Justin Bond)

  • A full field of 17 Pro Mods at Doorwarz and at least eight pro mods at every race

  • Scott Blake defeating PDRA championship contender Jim Halsey at the PDRA World Finals

  • A social media reach of over 320,000 accounts in 2023
