Smoke, Fire & Thunder - Friday Report

8 West Coast Pro Modifieds have made the trip to Mission Raceway Park for this weekend’s Smoke, Fire & Thunder event, led the way by Americans Rian Hayward and Garrett Richards.

Garrett Richards ran a 3.848 at 198.59 MPH in Friday’s first time trial session and was narrowly edged out by Rian Hayward 3.786 at 198.68 MPH blast.

Also in attendance with the WCPM is Nick Duda, Ryan Griffin, Jay Syvertson, Steve Nicholson, Chris Murphy - and making his 2023 season debut, Kelowna’s Eric Horvath.

The booked in show this weekend does not feature eliminations but features two time trials on Friday night and two more time trials on Saturday night.
